Digital Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive B2B marketing programs across DataMotion products, with a focus on lead generation initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and driving measurable business results. You’ll report to the Senior VP of Marketing and will work with key stakeholders to turn business strategies into actionable plans that support our longer-term vision.
This full-time position will be a hybrid between our Morristown headquarters and the successful candidate’s home office. We are not offering relocation for this position and are restricting our search to candidates who will be able to commute to our NJ office.
Responsibilities/KPI’s:
- Collaborate with internal business teams to identify opportunities, develop marketing strategies and programs to drive new business growth; help develop and refine the strategic goals and operational plan for marketing.
- Provide clear and consistent communication of marketing programs and campaigns to relevant stakeholders.
- Plan, budget and execute marketing programs, such as industry event sponsorships, private events, webinars, promotions, content syndication, and account-based marketing initiatives, to attract new business.
- Define KPI’s; implement reports to measure program success; interpret insights into actionable plans.
- Work with sales and marketing tools (HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics) to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing programs.
- Drive lead and demand generation activities such as Google PPC campaigns, other advertising campaigns, SEO, and third-party lead gen services.
- Review and assist in developing assets (white papers, trials, demos, landing pages, webinars, etc.)
- Stay current with the latest B2B marketing trends that impact the effectiveness of different programs and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, including experience with digital channels, including email, display, search and social media.
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and programs.
- Experience with marketing automation and tracking tools (HubSpot), and preferably with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with marketing in financial services, insurance, wealth management a plus.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
