JenAI Assist <br>Acceptable Use Policy

DataMotion has implemented JenAI Assist, an artificial intelligence service. By agreeing to use JenAI Assist, you agree to the following acknowledgement.
1. Accuracy
DataMotion is committed to continuously enhancing JenAI Assist to increase its accuracy, safety, and utility. Despite our best efforts to provide the most precise information, we cannot assure 100% accuracy in the systems generated responses. Users are advised to formulate their questions responsibly and exercise discretion in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy. DataMotion is not responsible for responses to prompts that are intentionally crafted to elicit information beyond the JenAI Assist designated dataset.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Neither Customer, nor those that access JenAI Assist through Customer, may use JenAI Assist in a manner that:
- is in a way prohibited by law, regulation, governmental order, or decree,
- violates the rights of others,
- tries to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any service, device, data, account, or network including by intentionally evading or disrupting restrictions in JenAI Assist prompts,
- spams or distributes malware,
- could harm JenAI Assist or impair anyone else’s use of it, or
- assists or encourages anyone to do any of the above.
3. Disclaimer
JENAI ASSIST IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. DATAMOTION DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT CUSTOMER’S USE OF JENAI ASSIST WILL BE SECURE, TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT JENAI ASSIST WILL MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ALL ERRORS IN JENAI ASSIST WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE OVERALL SYSTEM THAT MAKES JENAI ASSIST AVAILABLE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE INTERNET, OTHER TRANSMISSION NETWORKS, AND CUSTOMER’S LOCAL NETWORK AND EQUIPMENT) WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS IN JENAI ASSIST. DATAMOTION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT CUSTOMER’S USE OF JENAI ASSIST WILL SATISFY ANY STATUTORY OR REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS, OR WILL ASSIST WITH, GUARANTEE OR OTHERWISE ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAWS OR REGULATIONS. CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DETERMINING WHETHER JENAI ASSIST OR THE INFORMATION GENERATED THEREBY IS ACCURATE OR SUFFICIENT FOR CUSTOMER’S PURPOSES.
