Kathleen Ridder Crampton
Kathleen Ridder Crampton has over 30 years of executive management experience and an excellent track record across a diverse set of Health Care business environments, including health insurance, hospital management, health care consulting, and start-ups. Her background includes involvement in early stage companies that were funded by venture capital.
From 2009 to April of this year, Kathleen was the President and CEO for United Healthcare of Florida, Inc. Community Plan. A wholly owned subsidiary of United HealthCare Group, a NYSE Fortune 20 company, the Florida Plan is one of the largest providers of managed care services to the Medicaid population in Florida. Before United, Kathleen spent 9 years with the Centene Corporation, an NYSE Company where she was President and CEO Managed Health Services of Wisconsin and President and CEO of Buckeye Community Health Plan of Ohio.
Prior to 2000, Kathleen acquired extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having worked for the following organizations: PriceWaterhouse Coopers, HealthTech Services, Kaiser Permanente (Mid-Atlantic States Region); Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan; Boston Children’s Medical Center; Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Martha Eliot Health Center and the Massachusetts League of Neighborhood Health Centers.
Kathleen has been recognized over the years for her contributions to health care. This past year she was the recipient of the Commonwealth Foundation 2014 Outstanding Woman Leader in Florida award; and in 2012 United Healthcare Group awarded her that company’s prestigious Collaboration Cup.
A graduate of Boston University with a BA in American History, Kathleen holds an MPH in Public Health from Harvard University, and a MBA in Finance from George Washington University. She is a Certified Financial Planner/CFP.
Kathleen and her husband, Lew, now live in Florida where he is the President of the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium. They have two married children and two grandchildren.
Matt Harrell brings over 23 years of experience in the software industry with an expertise in building high performing direct and indirect go to market sales teams. Matt is currently Global Head of Channel Sales & Alliances at Cloudflare, a leading provider of cloud based security, performance and reliability solutions backed by Google, Microsoft and Baidu (IPO: NET). In this role, Matt is responsible for building the global partner ecosystem, including owning the channel sales target, leading channel recruitment across various channel types including ISV’s, GSI’s, Service Providers, MSP’s, SI’s, and VAR’s, and the development of disruptive partner models that can drive significant scale to the business.
Prior to joining Cloudflare, Matt spent 9.5 years at Google Cloud, where he most recently built and led a team of 30 Channel Sales Managers and Partner Development Managers responsible for developing the channel ecosystem for Google Cloud Platform and G Suite across the Americas. Prior to running channels at Google Cloud, Matt spent 17 years in various sales leadership positions at Google, Symantec, Advent Software, and Inktomi.
Matt is co-founder and Chairman of an early stage investment firm (Harrell Capital Partners) and serves on several Advisory Boards, including InTag Systems and UJet. Matt holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University.
Bob Janacek is the CEO of DataMotion. Bob has over 20 years of security and software design experience, and is the architect, designer and original developer of DataMotion’s managed information delivery platform. In his role as CEO at DataMotion he is responsible for keeping DataMotion technology on the cutting edge, while his ongoing communications with customers ensure that the products are easy to use and manage. In 1999 he co-founded DataMotion, and in 2004 he received a fundamental patent for ‘dynamic creation of recipient accounts upon receiving a message.’ Previously, Bob was co-founder of Safetynet, and served as architect and developer of their award-winning suite of data security products. He has worked closely evolving security standards including the NSA Rainbow Series, FIPS and Common Criteria. Bob holds a BS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University.
Kevin Johnson has decades of experience gained in entrepreneurship, strategy, business development, and innovation at the business and technology level. In addition, he provides expert guidance in SaaS and enterprise software go to market strategies, including innovative sales strategies, integrated digital sales, and direct and channel marketing.
Peter Tippett, MD, PhD is Chairman of the DataMotion Board of Directors. Peter is a Health IT and Computer Security pioneer, visionary and an active member of the Board. Tippett most recently served as the Chief Medical Officer and VP of industry solutions at Verizon. An information security pioneer, Tippett has led the computer security industry for more than 20 years, initially as a vendor of security products, and more recently as a key strategist. He is widely credited with creating the first commercial anti-virus product that later became Norton AntiVirus. Tippett is frequently quoted and has written many articles and papers on enterprise information technology, health IT and information security.
